"Medicine is the study of disease and what causes man to die. Chiropractic is the study of health and what causes man to live."
-B.J. Palmer, Developer of Chiropractic
Rileigh Muse, DC
I grew up in Atascocita, Texas. After high school, I attended Texas A&M University and got a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences as well as a Certificate in Spanish. During my undergraduate degree, I studied abroad in Barcelona and had an incredible mentor doctor who changed my entire outlook on health and wellness which pushed me towards the chiropractic profession.
After college graduation, I moved to Fort Worth to complete my studies for my Doctorate of Chiropractic at Parker University. I became passionate about neurologically-based chiropractic care and getting to the root cause of people's health problems so that they may live their lives to their fullest potential without being medication dependent.
I married my college sweetheart, Andy, and we are proud parents to a little boy and baby girl. We also have a very large and loving yellow lab that loves to cuddle up on the couch. In my spare time, I enjoy quilting, Aggie sporting events, Astros baseball, and spending quality time with my family and friends.

Prosperity Chiropractic is a family owned and operated practice. You are likely to see all four members of this family in the office from time to time. Our family is dedicated to serving and educating the families of our community because we know the importance of neurologically-based care for people of all ages.
Fun fact: Violet's 1st adjustment happened on the day she was born!
At Prosperity Chiropractic we use state of the art technology to create neurologically-based care plans personalized for each patient. Our plans are effective and affordable for individuals and families. We commonly see people suffering from headaches, neck, mid-back, and low-back pain, seasonal allergies, decreased energy, facet syndrome, sciatica, and much more.
The goal of care in our office is to identify the root cause of health problems and use specific adjustments to remove interference in the nervous system, allowing the body to heal itself, increase adaptability, and unlock the body's innate potential.
Table Assisted Adjusting
Table assisted adjusting utilizes specialized tables with pieces that correspond to each spinal region. The pieces can be elevated and then dropped by the chiropractor during the adjustment. You may hear a loud thud when the table drops.
This technique allows the patient to lay face down without any uncomfortable twisting of the body. The chiropractor delivers a quick and specific thrust allowing for a precise adjustment without the need for greater force.
A gentle, table assisted approach is particularly beneficial for children, the elderly, people with mobility issues, pregnant women, and people uncomfortable with other adjusting styles.
Instrument Adjusting
Using an instrument called the Integrator, we are able to precisely pinpoint areas of interference in the body that need correction. This type of adjusting is the most specific and reproducible chiropractic technique available.
This gentle approach is appropriate for people of all ages and does not involve any twisting, cracking, or popping that is often felt with manual adjustments. Many people experience better results with this style of adjusting than more traditional forms.

"Dr Rileigh is the best!!!! She's adjusted my infant, toddler, and my husband - we just love her! She helped me immensely with my back and round ligament pain when I was pregnant. She adjusted me throughout my third trimester and taught me how to tape my belly for relief, I'm so grateful to her for everything! I won't do another pregnancy without being treated by her!"
